El proyecto implic\u00f3 excavaci\u00f3n controlada, cimentaci\u00f3n adecuada al estudio de mec\u00e1nica de suelos y estructura de concreto armado optimizada para cargas habitacionales.<\/p><p data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"3054\">Se desarroll\u00f3 un sistema estructural eficiente que permiti\u00f3 maximizar \u00e1rea vendible manteniendo estabilidad y seguridad. La integraci\u00f3n de instalaciones verticales, bajantes, ductos y sistema el\u00e9ctrico se coordin\u00f3 desde etapa temprana para evitar interferencias constructivas.<\/p><p data-start=\"3056\" data-end=\"3276\">Este desarrollo representa una ejecuci\u00f3n integral de obra vertical con control t\u00e9cnico, planeaci\u00f3n de tiempos y correcta administraci\u00f3n de recursos para un
